GRACE!” Deuteronomy 28:1-2 “¹ Now it shall come to pass, if you diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments which I command you today, that the Lord your God will set you high above all nations of the earth. ² And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:” The first 14 verses of this chapter are about the blessing that comes through obedience. “WHAT DOES IT MEAN, GOD ALLOWED IT?” 2 Corinthians 12:8-9 was written by the Apostle Paul and says, “⁸ Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. ⁹ And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” To me, if I said God allowed something in my life, it would be the same as saying, God didn’t do anything to stop it. “FROM HIS BACK TO MY BODY!” Isaiah 53:4-5 says, “⁴ Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. ⁵ But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.” The other day I heard someone say, “From His Back, to my body!” It really inspired me, bringing an even deeper revelation of what happened when Jesus took those stripes upon His body, for us. “ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER!”

“ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER!” Hebrews  10:25 NLT says, “And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.” Now, it is true that we are to encourage each other about attending a local–church body of believers somewhere, whether in a church building; in a home meeting or a city park. But the bottom line is that God requires His people to assemble together; and especially the more we see the end of this age approaching and the return of Jesus drawing near. “WALKING IN HIS VICTORY!”

“WALKING IN HIS VICTORY!” John 16:33 “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” In this passage, Jesus speaks to His disciples about a future when He will no longer be with them in person. These men had been completely dependent upon Jesus for every word of instruction and every miracle that had been necessary for their survival. They watched as those who had followed Jesus were touched by the many miracles and healings He performed. And now Jesus tells His disciples that there would come a time when there would be tribulation in the world’s system and it could cause them to run away from Him. "DOES GOD STILL HEAL TODAY?"

“DOES GOD STILL HEAL TODAY?” Acts 19:11-12 says, “¹¹ Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, ¹² so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them.” There were approximately 24 years between the time Matthew 28 and Acts 19 was written. But what if it had been 24 years from the time Jesus arose from the grave, until this event in Acts 19? What if it was at least the distance between the suffering of Christ and the time when God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul? What if healing is a matter of having been released at the cross, and down the timeline of faith, healing manifests in your body?
