“WHEN THE CHURCH PRAYS!”

“WHEN THE CHURCH PRAYS!” Acts 12:5 “Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the church.” We live n a sense-ruled world where natural things can affect us. Yet as we deal with the supernatural realm, the more we progress n understanding the authority of God’s Word & the Name of Jesus; the more we learn 2 live by our supernatural senses. “HOW THE TITHE HONORS JESUS!”

“HOW THE TITHE HONORS JESUS!” Hebrews 7:8 “Here mortal men receive tithes, but there He receives them, of whom it is witnessed that He lives.” Jesus is our New Covenant High Priest & has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ & those blessings are designed to be released from the spirit realm & manifest in this natural realm through an act of our faith. “TRUE FREEDOM COMES FROM JESUS!”

“TRUE FREEDOM COMES FROM JESUS!” John 8:32 “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” When we think of freedom, many people ponder the freedoms a particular nation can afford them. “WHEN THE GLORY CAME DOWN!”

“WHEN THE GLORY CAME DOWN!” Acts 7:55 “But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, gazed into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God.” This was said about a man named Stephen as he was being stoned to death, but it also gives us a picture of a person who is “full of the Holy Spirit” and one who catches a vision or glimpse of the glory of God. “MY MIRACLE TESTIMONY!”

“MY MIRACLE TESTIMONY!” Psalm 107:20 “He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.” In 1996 I had an injury and was in need of a miracle. I had injured my back, went to many doctors, only to find myself getting worse. I felt like the woman in the Bible “who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bent over and could in no way raise herself up” (Luke 13:11). [To read this devotion, click link]

“SPEAK THE WORD ONLY!”

“SPEAK THE WORD ONLY!” Matthew 8:8 “The centurion answered & said, “Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word & my servant will be healed.” What does it mean to speak the word only? It simply means to say what God says every time you speak. The truth is; if we are not saying what God says, we are saying what the devil is speaking to our minds. [To read this devotion, click link]

This issue has 4 stars throughout the magazine that you click on and hear a song. 3 of those songs are tributes to our Country. As George Washington, our first president said, "It is impossible to rightly govern a nation without God and the Bible." Happy 4th of July/Independence Day!
